We are a family owned and operated business located in the beautiful suburbs of Chicago. The Mancione family has deep roots in Chicagoland.  Our patriarch Len, the company founder, grew up in Oak Park, Illinois.  His son, Jack, the current owner, was raised in the LaGrange area where Len had him working on roofs and other projects at age 12.  Len was a captain in the local fire department.  Jack followed in his footsteps in the fire service and rose to Fire Chief of the Tri-State Fire District.  Hard work, dedication, and community service are hallmarks of the Mancione family.

MI Construction & Roofing today is owned and managed by Jack, his wife Lisa, and their daughters along with some dedicated and long-term staff.  Attention to detail, working smart, and delighting clients are trademarks of MI Construction & Roofing.
